自上而下与自下而上

中国的政治很大程度上体现在中国不同的地方，比如说经济，懂政治的企业赚钱似乎要快和稳妥一点点，比如说文化，那更是政治挂帅的事情，中国政治有突出，可能与中国人口众多有关系吧！

这让我看到浙江与广东两个地方的不同发展，一个珠三角，一个长三角，一个政府宏观调控下的经济腾飞，一个民营草根创造着经济奇迹，一个自上而下，一个自下而上，两者各有各有千秋。

对于我们个人来说，行事也有两种方法，一种是自上而下，一种是自下而上，但但往往有力的是前者，有效的却是后者。自上而上，意味着，事事汇报，事事报告，事事审批，事事盖章，自下而上，则创意来于低层，支点源于低层，需求来自内心，渴望出于真心。

举个例子吧，为了找场景，我们可以通过与商都经理电话，然后找到店面，当然也可以先找到店面，然后再找经理说明情况，前种方法往往很凑效，后者则碰鼻、挨骂、受气的日子多着哩，时不时，还碰到几个喜欢装高大的经理：小样，不错呀，竟然不与我们经理打个招呼，多少写个书面申请，我们审批审批吧。真是瞎他个狗眼，等他批完，我们5分钟的节目早搞定了。

事情就样，就如长得好看的，一般没文化，那有点文化的，往往相貌不敢恭维。

自上而下好呢，还是自下而上好，我想，我还在思考当中……
